Sporadic internet connectivity was frustrating.

Great hotel room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and private bathroom. Wonderful personnel and marvellous and super location in the middle of jackson;))

The staff was outstandingly accommodating, responsive.

Great location near shops and restaurants, but bathroom cleanliness was lacking.

the property was fairly clean with awesome and amazing staff. deluxe room for the value. had climate control, a microwave, and a refrigerator. super location to center stage market. delightful stay, as always.

Exciting Stay Despite Challenges

Entering the room greeted by loud party sounds outside felt alarming. The cramped and unclean bathroom dampened my mood further. Upon venturing outside, I discovered a cozy diner nearby that served the best pancakes. Travelers should bring earplugs and disinfectant wipes!

We spent our days exploring the amazing Crater Lake National Park, surrounded by amazing views. The location was just right for our group, with access to nearby attractions. After our adventures, we enjoyed relaxing at the pool, a great way to unwind after a busy day.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was a major downside. It left a lot to be desired.

Would recommend for a couple of nights

Friendly staff, convenient location, the outdoor swimming pool was an added bonus for relaxation after exploring the city and the room included essential amenities like air conditioning and free parking , made my stay enjoyable.

Loved every thing

The visit was enjoyable as we spent quality time bonding with my grown-up kids. The nearby cozy diner, with its fantastic pancakes, became our go-to spot for breakfast.

My wife says that the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired.

The motel staff were courteous and accommodating. The room had comfortable beds and was conveniently located near a variety of food options, perfect after a long day of exploring.

Better bathroom facilities for seniors would be helpful.

The new tile in the shower was nice. The ants on the sink were a problem.

The manager provided friendly service, even assisting with room keys and suggesting great nearby eateries. Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness was lacking, and the decor felt outdated, reminiscent of the 50s. A better focus on maintaining the bathrooms would significantly improve guest comfort.

The room I stayed in was very clean and recently remodeled, inviting atmosphere. The staff were attentive, quickly assisting with my luggage and providing thoughtful recommendations for nearby stores and eateries.

I checked into the Beautiful Queen Room, Non-Smoking, expecting a decent stay. The location near downtown was spot on with plenty of eateries and shops around. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a dirty floor and sink. Ants were crawling on the sink, unsettling. The shower had new tile, but there was nowhere to set anything. On the plus side, the room itself was relatively clean compared to the bathroom. The mattress was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, but the price felt high for what I received. I wish more attention had been given to the bathroom facilities because the room had potential.
